Description of Services:
Provides consultation and ongoing treatment for hand therapy, stroke rehab, driving screen assessment, walker assessments and cognitive assessments * services include:

  • mobility
  • upper extremity
  • rehab
  • acquired brain injury(ABI)
  • stroke
  • activities of daily living (ADL) management
