Provides and facilitates the placement of children into foster homes
Foster Care
offers information, an application package, support and training to individuals considering fostering a child
offers approved foster parents a support worker who assists with the fostering role and responsibilities while recognizing that the child is their primary client
Kinship Care
works with the child’s immediate and extended family and the community to establish a permanent home for a child in care
assesses the prospective family or community caregivers through the completion of criminal and agency background checks, personal interviews, and an assessment of the home and family
