Description of Services:
Providing individuals with an intellectual disability to live as independently as possible with these services:
  • provides support to individuals to live semi-independently within the community
  • connect individuals with support within community
  • assists with issues related but not limited to financial, health and nutrition, housing and medical
  • offers transportation as necessary
