95-bed long-term care home * residential care for 23 private rooms, 24 semi-private rooms, and 48 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * 1 short-stay care bed * 2 veteran beds

  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
