Description of Services:
Offers 12 bed, 24-hour care to people who require specific, temporary medical and therapeutic services in a supportive multi-disciplinary environment * helps recover strength; energy and functioning before returning home following surgery or a serious illness * average stay 45-60 days and cannot exceed 90 days
