Low Acuity Personal Support Service (once weekly)
  • scheduled service, ie, bathing
  • routine activities of daily living
  • medication reminders/application of creams
  • bowel routine
  • dry dressings

Only if back up provided
  • transfers/lifts
  • TED stockings - requires assessment
  • premeasured insulin

Some time limited services during post acute episodes
