Description of Services:

Hot meals delivered by volunteers who provide regular social contact and a security check to eligible people * delivers one hot meal daily which consists of milk, soup, salad, main plate and dessert

Home Meal Replacement Program - Frozen meals from Sudbury meals on wheels delivered bi-weekly * prepares meals according to persons' diet-requirements
