Description of Services:

Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes

provides 24-hour palliative care by trained volunteers to individuals with life-threatening illnesses
provides psychological, emotional, social and spiritual support for individuals and their families
educational outreach
advanced care planning
