Description of Services:

Meets the physical, psychological, social, cultural, emotional and spiritual needs of each client and family * services include:

companionship, respite care, and emotional support to clients and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness
trained volunteers visit clients or families in their homes, or in hospitals and long-term care homes
offers temporary relief to the caregiver
bereavement follow-up support to caregivers
