23 unit apartment complex for seniors * nineteen (19) rent geared-to-income one-bedroom, and four (4) market-rent one-bedroom apartments * offers coffee shop, supported independent living program for the developmentally handicapped, the Chapleau Senior citizens club, the club Maria Chapdelaine (French seniors' Club), and the Sudbury and District Health Unit
