Description of Services:
Teaches patients and families about their disease and how to cope with its physical and psychological symptoms * programs are available to help patients stop smoking, lower high blood pressure, cholesterol, and reduce emotional stress

Cardiac rehabilitation program
  • exercise training
  • education on heart healthy living
  • counselling to reduce stress

Pulmonary rehabilitaion
  • education for clients and their families about lung disease
  • assist clients in learning to cope with the physical, personal and family concerns due to chronic respiratory disease

Community asthma clinic
  • offers one-on-one assessments and treatment
  • provided education by certified asthma educators
