Self-referrals are accepted. No appointment or referral is necessary for a new assessment. New assessments are available at any time during all clinic hours. Please call for information. 30 Minute Registration Policy — arrive at least half an hour before the listed closing time to accommodate intake paperwork and/or a thorough medical assessment. Inquiries & urgent matters — call and leave a voicemail. Due to the high volume of inquiries, please limit yourself to one voicemail.
