  • Operates a primary care medical clinic consisting of family doctors, nurse practitioner and registered nurses
  • Provides access to other health care professionals such as social workers, dietitian, and diabetes educators within and outside of the Medical Associates
  • Coordinates documentation if patient receives care from a member of the team
  • Provides a walk-in clinic for urgent care
    • Offers primary health care including but not limited to:
    • Chronic disease management
    • Disease prevention
    • Health promotion
    • Mental health counselling
    • Nutritional counselling
    • Palliative care
    • Rehabilitation

    Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Must be rostered with Red Lake Medical Associates to receive care; if not, may only receive services through walk-in urgent care clinic
