The Addiction Medicine Consult Team is designed to: - provide consultation and expert advice in treating substance use - improve patient insight and readiness to change - give support for substance use, withdrawal, maintenance and replacement therapies The team will meet with people throughout the hospital (Emergency Department, Inpatient units, and Withdrawal Management)
