Description of Services:

30 bed Rehabilitation Unit, 10 beds are designated for persons with an Acquired Brain Injury * comprehensive rehabilitation services is provided by an interdisciplinary health care team for persons with some of the following conditions: Stroke, Amputation, Acquired Brain Injury, Neurological conditions, MSK/hip fracture, Multiple Trauma, Multi-organ Systems Failure * average length of Stay 30 days
