Description of Services: Provides assistance to continue living independently in your home as long as possible by providing you with home care such as:
  • bath preparation
  • light house keeping
  • laundry
  • meal preparation
  • transportation for grocery shopping and banking
  • arrangement for medical transportation
  • friendly visits
  • contracted services for lawn cutting and snow removal (subject to financial eligibility)
