Description of Services:
Provides outpatient rehabilitation services for adult clients and families who have been diagnosed with an acquired brain injury including
- concussion (between 2 weeks to 1 year post-injury)
- traumatic brain injury
- hemorrhagic stroke
- aneurism
- anoxia
- brain tumor (non-progressive)
- brain infections (i.e. meningitis)
