Program: Substance Abuse Support Within Housing *Sh (ASH)

Description of Services: The Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH) program assists clients with substance use issues who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or are marginally housed and are looking to make a positive change in their lives. Intensive case managers will work closely with clients.

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Homelessness / At Risk Only
Application: Admission criteria: - history of substance use issues - history of multiple entries into treatment continuum - unable to obtain housing without support - willing to identify harm reduction or abstinence based goal(s) - capability and willingness to constructively participate in the ASH program.
