Description of Services: This program is designed for individuals who have a history of non-compliance with mental health care initiatives or who continue to struggle with mental health issues. The Community Treatment Order program provides education, promotion, implementation, and ongoing management of community treatment orders so that the individual, psychiatrists, physicians, and community partners can identify needs and understand available services. The CTO Case Manager ensures CTO compliance while working with the CTO team and/or Substitute Decision Maker to support clients remaining in the community and to avoid rehospitalization.

Application: Individuals must be referred by a physician or psychiatrist.
