Description of Services: | Services are provided to children, youth and adults who may be experiencing a mental health crisis, harm to self or others, suicidal thoughts, or family crisis. Individuals can be seen in shelters, treatment facilities, in the community, or within their own home environment. | ||

Application: | Services available to individuals of all ages who meet the following minimum criteria: - individuals experiencing a crisis and/or difficulty managing the symptoms of their illness that does not require immediate medical or psychiatric care - individuals must reside in the City of Greater Sudbury All referrals will be screened based on level of need and urgency. All options for service provision will be reviewed. | ||
