Description of Services: Services are provided to children, youth and adults who may be experiencing a mental health crisis, harm to self or others, suicidal thoughts, or family crisis. Individuals can be seen in shelters, treatment facilities, in the community, or within their own home environment.

Application: Services available to individuals of all ages who meet the following minimum criteria: - individuals experiencing a crisis and/or difficulty managing the symptoms of their illness that does not require immediate medical or psychiatric care - individuals must reside in the City of Greater Sudbury All referrals will be screened based on level of need and urgency. All options for service provision will be reviewed.
