Description of Services: The Central Intake and Referral Coordination (CIRC) program is the entry point to mental health and addiction services in the City of Greater Sudbury, and provides a standardized referral and screening process which streamlines access to most Health Sciences North (HSN) Mental Health and Addiction programs (excluding Crisis Intervention Program). Services include screening and referral coordination.

Application: Individuals may be referred by other service or health care providers, or may self-refer in person or by phone. Intake clinicians do a quick screener to help to determine eligibility for programs or groups.
