Description of Services: | Provides respite for seniors, individuals with disabilities requiring care and for individuals who no longer require 24/7 nursing care in hospital but are not quite ready to return home * medications must be available in blister pack format and program participants are responsible for groceries * arrangements can be made to participate in a weekly shopping program * participants are also encouraged to participate in recreational programming * service is provided in a two bedroom apartments at the Forest Hill complex | ||
