Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Members of the seven First Nations of the North Shore Tribal Council: Atikameksheng Anishnawbek (Whitefish Lake) First Nation, Batchewana First Nation, Garden River First Nation, Mississayga First Nation, Serpent River First Nation, Sagamok Anishnawbek First Nation, and Thessalon First Nation or the urban First Nations, Métis, and Indigenous people residing in the city of Sault Ste Marie
