Description of Services: Provides programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families * services offered are:

Supported independent living: Helps individuals who chooses to live independently or with a roommate * support is determined on an individual basis and can range from several hours per day to a few hours each week

Day program: Encourages individuals with intellectual disabilities to pursue employment, volunteer, leisure and recreation opportunities * offers life skill development, community involvement, vocational and recreational activities

Residential program: Provides a quality residential setting for adults who require assistance in daily living

Fees: Set fees
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18 years and older with intellectual disabilities
Application: Must apply through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) for some services
