Description of Services:
Provides support to individuals with an intellectual disability to find full time and part time employment
  • assists employers in accessing available wage subsidies
  • provides recruitment, job searching services, job analysis, on the job training and job support
  • continues to provide support to the employer/co-workers, as well as to the new employee once the training is complete
  • maintains regular visits to the job site to evaluate the employee’s performance and to discuss any concerns or any new job skills that may arise
