Community activity centre for older adults includes:
- professional beauty salon
- RUOK call reassurance system (daily call to ensure safety)
- volunteer opportunities
- health workshops
- card games
- dancing
- exercise
- yoga
- computer training for seniors
- various sports
- monthly magazine
- knitting for charity
Meetings:
Members invited to a monthly Dinner Meeting with a meal and a meeting following a special speaker of interest to seniors for a nominal meal fee
