Description of Services:

Provides families with home visits by public health nurses and family support workers

offers support and information regarding pregnancy and parenting, healthy child development, as well as healthy parent child interactions
links families to community programs and services such as prenatal and parenting classes, mental health and addiction support, the Canada prenatal nutrition program, infant child development, speech-language, oral health services and nurse practitioners
