Elders Eagle Lodge
Description of Services: Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * culturally appropriate services for Indigenous people

Home and Community Care Coordinator: Oversees the work of the Personal Support Workers through scheduling and regular maintenance of elder homes and Elders Eagle Lodge facility

Therapist Support: Provides assistance to the visiting Physio-therapist * provides services from the Elders Eagle Lodge to the elderly and those with some form of disability that requires treatment in the community

Companion Staff and Relief Workers: Provides assistance to Elders Eagle Lodge staff when the need arises * provides surveillance on the weekends for the long-term care facility

Congregate Dining: Provides hot nutritious meals to Eagle Lodge residents
