    Focuses on the following areas in an effort to reduce premature death and disability from chronic disease and injury and substance abuse:
    • Injury Prevention
    • Substance Abuse Prevention
    Health Works
    • Provides various health-related resources including pamphlets, posters and assessment tools to workplaces on how they can improve the health of their work environment
    • Offers a comprehensive workplace health promotion model that includes start-up packages, health hazard checklists and safe water information
    Skin Cancer Prevention
    • Promotes sun safety and protective measures and the risks associated with exposure to the harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun and artificial sources
